Cheese Ravioli and Spring Veggies
Ingredients
- 1 package Parla Cheese Ravioli
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 small Zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 3 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Onion, thinly sliced
- 12 oz Marinara sauce, jarred or homemade
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Cook 20 oz Parla Cheese Ravioli according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a heavy stainless steel pan on medium-high heat. Add sliced onions, carrots and sprinkle with salt and pepper to season. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Add zucchini, diced bell pepper and minced garlic to pan and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add marinara sauce until heated through and serve over cooked ravioli. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy.
