Mediterranean Ravioli Dinner
Ingredients

Parla Cheese Ravioli or Florentine Ravioli

sweet Italian or natural chicken sausage

olive oil

cup
onion, vertically sliced

tsp
Garlic, minced
1
lb
Cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4
tsp
salt
1/8
tsp
black pepper
4-8
tbsp
Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
1/4
cup
fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add onion and cook 4 minutes. Remove from pan.
Remove casings from sausage. Add sausage to pan and cook completely.
Add onions back to pan and add garlic and tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
Ladle sauce over the cooked ravioli.
Garnish with parmesan and basil.
