Cheese Ravioli and Spring Veggies
Parla Cheese Ravioli
Red bell pepper, diced
Onion, thinly sliced
Marinara sauce, jarred or homemade
Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
Cook 20 oz Parla Cheese Ravioli according to package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a heavy stainless steel pan on medium-high heat. Add sliced onions, carrots and sprinkle with salt and pepper to season. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add zucchini, diced bell pepper and minced garlic to pan and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add marinara sauce until heated through and serve over cooked ravioli. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy.
