Cheese Ravioli and Spring Veggies
  1. Cook 20 oz Parla Cheese Ravioli according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a heavy stainless steel pan on medium-high heat. Add sliced onions, carrots and sprinkle with salt and pepper to season. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add zucchini, diced bell pepper and minced garlic to pan and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add marinara sauce until heated through and serve over cooked ravioli. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy.
